Arizona Space Grant Consortium

The Arizona Space Grant Consortium has worked with the Office of Sustainability in the past providing valuable student talent to work on campus sustainability projects, including the development of a Greenhouse Gas Emissions Calculator for composting in late 2011. More recently, the program has funded two UA undergraduates, Leah Edwards and Celeste Bellatire, to collect and analyze data toward the baseline assessment of Homecoming Weekend.

Role in Project Pawprint:

  • Fund student workers to assist in data collection and analysis

Fun Fact:

The Arizona Space Grant Consortium has supported the work of 1,123 students since 1990. On average, that is about 49 students per year.
